I am so shocked by these reviews! I’ve been taking my daughter here since she was born and I’ve been happy with every doctor, nurse practitioner and nurse I’ve seen. Some times the wait is a bit ridiculous, but I understand that can be out of their hands. I’d rather wait and have all of my questions answered than be on time but rushed and not heard. I really appreciate you all!
We saw Erika Malherbe and she is absolutely exceptional. Takes her time explaining everything and really puts your mind at ease. She is so friendly and knowledgeable.
The one star is purely for the billing. Dr. Atiga was the on call pediatrician on the day my daughter was born. When I received a bill for Dr. Atiga almost a year after I gave birth I was confused since the hospital bill was processed and paid for through my insurance. When I called in to I asked why I was getting a bill they said my insurance didn’t know who I was.
