Worst experience I’ve ever had with a automotive shop
Brooke from the service department is always attentive and communicates timely regarding any necessary updates and concerns. Quality of work is great and generally timely. Cost of hourly labor is a bit high, but expected at dealership service department.
Brooke is the best! I stopped in with no notice for a Tire sensor that stopped working... she ran back and talked to service and was able to get me in without even an appointment... I know that's not the norm and can't be expected, but it was awesome that she went the extra mile... like she always does! As I've said multiple times, if I were hiring, I would totally be trying to poach Brooke. You have a great employee there that takes care of the customer and goes the extra mile and makes a personal connection... hard to find... read more
