Summary: Jon is Responsive, Knowledgeable, and Trustworthy I have lived in my home for nearly 25 years, and as I begin preparing for the next phase of my life, it has become time to consider my options. Jon is wonderful to work with! He was extremely helpful in our very first home buying experience. He helped us find exactly what we were looking for in just 6 months and guided us through the entire process efficiently and comfortably. Having grown up in Santa Barbara, he provided great insight into the market and was incredibly knowledgable every step of the way. He is communicative, personable, kind, and supportive. We highly recommend working with him, we're so happy in our new home!
Working with Jon was an absolute pleasure. He is experienced, knowledgeable, and oh so patient. We worked together for over a year to find my husband and I the perfect place. We started our search with very little knowledge on how the process works and he guided us every step of the way, answering any silly or simple questions we had. He was also so genuinely happy for us when we finally found that right fit. All around, he made the journey very easy, organized, and enjoyable!
Working with Jon has been a fantastic, seamless experience. Thanks for all your help Jon!
Jon has been diligent in helping me with my home search. I have a specific criteria I am searching for and Jon is always first to let me know when something I might want becomes available.
