I had my ACL replaced (after having torn it again!) by Dr. Garramone last year. After a lot of research for surgeons, Dr. Garramone was the only one who introduced the topic of suggested regenerative stem cell therapy as part of the ACL replacement. That was exactly what I was looking for. Dr. Garramone is both an empathetic and highly proficient surgeon. I'd highly recommend Dr. Garramone for any of you orthopaedic needs.

I had the scope surgery on both of my knees about 16 years ago. I received no follow up from that doctor. I also had to go back to work after just a couple days of rest. This resulted in my having to have my left knee operated on again a month ago. Dr. Garramone stands out from the first doctor in a number of ways. I had knee surgery with the good doctor. I have had three previous knee surgeries with other doctors. This was the best one. Excellent and clear pre and post op communication. Great surgery, great surgeon. I paid extra for the BMAC and PRP. Fantastic! I was off crutches by the 9th week. 12th week now and I can walk slowly without a limp. My physical therapy is going great. Front office staff is wonderful. I give the whole experience 5 stars.

I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with Dr. Garramone and team. Just wrapped up my third surgery with them without any issues and minimal pain. Very grateful to this team for all they do.
