Dr. Jon Dounchis provides good care with a kind, attentive personality.
Outstanding surgeon, great communicator. NCH however, makes it impossible to communicate with anyone on an individual basis. Even at their new location it is the worst phone/ communication system ever devised. Highly unprofessional and frustrating for a patient.
Dr. Dounchis performed an arthroscopy of my knee to repair some meniscus tear at this new facility. I have been very impressed with him and his entire team. He consistently communicated my treatment options and plan clearly, laying out the pros and cons, listens attentively, and takes time to answer questions. The new facility is very nice
My life is ruined due to careless care given to me by Dr. Jon Dounchis and NCH Baker town hospital Naples. Two unprofessional surgeries done by him and the improper care given to me at NCH Hospital before & after the two surgeries which lead me to do two additional surgeries (at TGH). Pictures to show the sloppy surgical cut/staples done by Dr. Dounchis during the 1st two surgeries and the two pictures of surgical site done by TGH – Made a big mistake by going to Dr. Dounchis.
