I walked in there not knowing where to start. I had so many questions and when Benjamin L. Saw me he asked what he can helped me with. I explained to him that this was my first time here and need help with product selection and he did just that. I highly recommend this place to any new comers I wasn’t rush nor did he try to make me buy things I didn’t need. Benjamin was very patient with me, he was knowledgeable about the products. Thank you again Benjamin L. See you next time.

Brian and Thea provided exceptional customer service. They were very friendly, provided the proper education and workmanship I would expect from a professional establishment. I highly recommend Jon-Don's Portland location for all of your carpet cleaning or janitorial needs.

Excellent customer service at this location. They have everything organized in the warehouse and in stock. The associates know about the equipment and if they aren’t sure about your particular question, they eagerly get you the person who can answer. Blown away with how easy they made buying my restoration equipment compared to Amazon and other remote retailers. I’ll be back, thank you for your kindness and proficiency.
