I walked in there not knowing where to start. I had so many questions and when Benjamin L. Saw me he asked what he can helped me with. I explained to him that this was my first time here and need help with product selection and he did just that. I highly recommend this place to any new comers I wasn’t rush nor did he try to make me buy things I didn’t need. Benjamin was very patient with me, he was knowledgeable about the products. Excellent customer service at this location. They have everything organized in the warehouse and in stock. The associates know about the equipment and if they aren’t sure about your particular question, they eagerly get you the person who can answer. Blown away with how easy they made buying my restoration equipment compared to Amazon and other remote retailers. I’ll be back, thank you for your kindness and proficiency.
When it comes to chemicals, classes, things like that, this place is great. Good customer service, quick shipping, can get great advice on what to use for unusual situations. However, we purchased a new truck mount and it's been a different story. Many problems with the machine, slow response to get advice on dealing with those problems, multiple trips back to Portland to fix the problems, only to find the problem is still there or new issues pop up.
