Poor/no attention to detail, scrappy installation, continued leaks, said they were coming to complete areas and never came back despite multiple conversations.
Poor/no attention to detail, scrappy installation, continued leaks, said they were coming to complete areas and never came back despite multiple conversations.
This was a poor experience, the inspection for the estimate was done using google earth or some application, so not a site visit. On arrival to perform the work the roofing team was negative about the owner as and the estimating of the work. The attitude of the owner after the work was completed incorrectly was "I look forward to the payment as the work is completed" and hung up the phone. The work wasn't done to the promised level of satisfaction. The owner is great at selling until the deposit is paid. The was a blame game... read more
