I’m giving 2 stars because the doctor and the person, Josh I believe, who performed the ultrasound were good but their desk staff suck terribly. I took my father in on 5/12/24 and he paid his copay at the time of service. Later we received a bill for the copay amount. I called and left countless messages with the billing department and no one ever called me back, specifically Sandy at ext 1045.
