Would never deal with Jon again. Dragging out a deal and being completely unresponsive. Go elsewhere We went into contract on a piece of land months ago. The deal was never contingent on him getting any approvals. The property had to be subdivided so we were waiting for that to close. In the beginning he promised that he’d be able to help, and had many connections, which all seemed to be false. Pushed us to get to closing and when we got to the table John dragged us along with 0 communication. The reason we wanted to work with him was because of the connections he said he had that turned out to be nonexistent.
Would never deal with Jon again. Dragging out a deal so he can make me carry his holding costs. Go elsewhere
By far worst experience of my life. Don't trust this guy. Waste of time.
Peggy showed us our house which was something we hadn't even thought of and it was the best decision ever. We thank her all the time for showing us this piece of heaven we're now lucky enough to call home.
