Jon went above and beyond what should be expected of any realtor. He walked us through everything from scoping out which houses were a good deal or not, getting us in contact with local people who could help with renovations and making sure that we had all the knowledge we needed to make the right decision. He was incredibly communicative and helpful. I don’t know what we would have done without him. I would recommend him in a heartbeat.

Jon was wonderful to work with, we had a very tough situation with a seller, Jon went above and beyond in this situation. Got a new attorney involved so we could clear title and get our borrower into their new home.
John was great to work with. He did a great job keeping in close communication with the buyer, sellers and attorney to make sure all parties were on the same page from initial offer to closing. I would definitely highly recommend using Jon.
