We worked with Malcolm Ash when we relocated to Portland from out of state. Both Malcolm and Jolynne were fantastic and so knowledgable. We relied on their expertise regarding which neighborhoods would work for us, and we were not disappointed. We made a 10-day trip to house hunt (with our toddler!) and we had Malcolm's full attention the entire time. (He didn't seem to mind the goldfish crackers in his car!) Our trip was successful and we ended up with a gorgeous home that was exactly what we were looking for!
