The owner mistreats his employees and customers. A man in a woman's world being extra aggressive is a red flag. I dont go to salons to be stressed. As a paying customer going to a nail salon, this is the last thing I expected: to be mistreated in an uncalled for dispute: I was being serviced when I gentleman approached me after he clapped in the employee's face who was attending to me. First time appointment - mid service (for my second appointment) i was asked to get up and wait for a regular customer to get their service. The owner was aggressive, disrespectful and belittling. Your own clients apologized on your behalf. You should be embarrassed! To the employees who made the mistake when taking in the appointment: your grace and attitude was impeccable. No customer should ever be disrespected when being serviced. The owner of this establishment was disgusting to a client over a mistake made amongst employees. I rather find another place before putting a dollar in your pocket.
