Was in & out with the steel rim I've been searching for at other wreckers for 4 days. In, located item, paid all within 5 minutes. $40.00 for the rim & near new tyre was a real bargain
Just been to Jollys Ringwood.The young girl working there was not the friendliest person I've delt with.Lack of customer service to Shoppers.Few weeks ago I had left my spanners near the exit counter.I went back 2 days later and they were still left in the same spot.No staff member bothered to pick them up and put them in a safe place for collecting.I mention this today.The young girl clearly knew I had left them behind and instead of grabbing the spnners, left them for any person to take.Clearly shows a lack of Duty of care... read more
