Guy at the counter was incredibly rude. They also overcharge for parts, claiming a headlight assembly is two parts(headlight and headlight surround). The unit moulded into the headlight and can't be removed, but still apparently counts as two parts. Looking for a key/fob? Well, enjoy scrounging through a bucket of random keys, about half of which aren't numbered. I've been here on multiple occasions and always had a bad experience with the guy at the counter.

Always a great experience at Jollys Auto Parts Ringwood. They have a huge range of parts at affordable prices, and the staff are helpful and knowledgeable. I’ve found parts here that I couldn’t get anywhere else. Perfect place for mechanics and DIYers. Highly recommend!
