Dr. Jolly and his staff are a complete joke and thanks to them never getting blood results back there are now major health issues due to his incompetence! Don't risk your health, and he just closed his doors with no forwarning and we still have not received medical records a year later, .
First off, I have never written a review before but after this experience with Dr. Jolly at Provident Health I felt like I needed to share my great deal of frustration with Dr. Jolly and his Staff. Sorry in advance for the long review. I first called Provident health as they are my General Care provider for my upcoming trip to Peru.
