The Doctor's and staff are very pleasant and knowledgeable. They make you feel very comfortable when bringing your pet in from well-checks to sick visits to putting your loved one down to the craziness of new puppy checks. Absolutely wonderful 🐾
I love these folks. They always greet me and my fur babies by name and when I had to help two cross the rainbow bridge the amount of compassion they showed was above and beyond what I could expect. Their advice is always focused on what is best for my pets and for my budget. I love Dr. Gussman and all of the vets and staff! Best vets in the 'burg.
First time, great staff and doctors. My puppy did really well. Dr Hill was really good at explaining things for first time dog owners.
From the front staff to all the docs it is a very caring veterinary clinic. Everyone is fantastic to my animals I have been coming here for 14 years
I love Jolly Pond and all the Vets there. It is a caring, loving and pet/owner friendly office. I feel at ease as does my dog. Everyone takes the time to explain things of what, how, what and when's. Their kennel is also amazing, my dog loves going to Jolly Ponf as its his Disney World.
I don't take my dog ANYWHERE else. The professional and clerical staff are awesome. Dr.Brown saved my dog's leg by removing a nasty recurring spindle cell tumor. Other Vets attempted to remove the tumor, but it continued to grow back. Their solution was leg amputation. Thanks to Dr. Brown, it's been at least 5 years, and there is no sign of spindle cell tumor growth.
