I can't say enough good things about this place, if you're looking for a caring, affordable, knowledgeable staff of veterinarians, this is your place!
I love these vets. They are so kind and loving toward the animals, as well as being highly skilled. Last year my 12-year-old cat Portia swallowed a wire twist-tie that broke into multiple pieces in her stomach. Without Dr. Fidler's surgery she would have died. My 4 cats have had a number of problems over the years, and Dr. Fidler takes excellent care of them. All the vets at Jolly Pond are exceptional, and I totally trust them to give the very best care to my beloved kitties.
With an elderly dog and three cats, I may go twice in a month, or I may go months without a visit until one of the pets needs shots. No matter how much time has passed, the staff at Jolly Pond make me feel like more than a client. I can't express how comfortable I feel there, and how grateful I am for staff who clearly outline options. Very happy with this office - my dogs get wonderful care.
I've been bringing my pets to Jolly Pond since they opened in 2003. We've had a few emergency situations over the last few years where we had to take our dogs to a different vet for care and none of them touch the care, compassion, and kindness that the entire staff of Jolly Pond extends. Thank you to Dr. Hill for recently caring for our sick labrador, Cooper and for the compassion he showed during his final moments.
The staff at Jolly Pond has always taken great care of me pets over the years.
