This time around was a horrible experience the nail tech burnt my feet with the foot wax and wanted to over charg me for a simple nail art totally unprofessional i will not be returning I would rather go to happy nails in Syracuse they always take there time and they are friendly to they don't have a big wait time
I got a pedicure on Friday from here and I won’t be back. The man I had (older gentleman) was rough with my toes from the start. I got burned by the water temperature twice. After the first time, he did make sure it was cooler before letting me put my feet back in but he didn’t make sure the second time. He was very rough throughout the whole deluxe pedicure from using the tools to placing my feet in various positions to paint and work on them. It was very uncomfortable & not relaxing at all. The very best service! I’ve been coming here for 5+ years and I have always left with a smile on my face. Tru and Tina have both taken turns doing my nails over the years and they have made me like family. If getting a pedicure, Mary is amazing! You can’t go wrong with any of the nail techs, but Tru will always be my girl.
I did a walk in. There were a few people in there that seemed to be regulars and have good nail techs. However my experience was not great. I got a gel manicure and a pedicure. The gel manicure was rushed, the application was sloppy. I have nails that are not fully covered yet somehow have product crusted to my cuticles. The clean up around my nails was abysmal.
