My husband had them install a new HVAC unit that Jolly advised was the best option for our home. It was during the summer, and our other unit had gone out, so we were desperate. They installed the unit (killed my hydrangea in the process, then left a mess in the yard). By winter, we realized they'd never connected the heat. Be warned. If you don’t want to be ripped off stay away Jolly Heating & Air Conditioning because they will take your money and not fix the issue with your ac unit. They over charge you! It’s the worst service we have ever received!
Jolly installed my mini split last summer, unfortunately the mini split brand sent us one that broke down a few months later. Jolly was at my house at least once a month fixing something. Not once did they complain or make a hassle. Eventually then decided it was easier to replace the whole mini split with a brand new one. Due to them seeing my frustration they charged me a good deal for the new mini split. I will never forget their patience and professionalism.
