All their caregivers complaining about their salary, always delayed and this is the first time I experienced this, working so hard, then salary always delayed??? they gave me a lot of troubles, late payment for my bills and even we complaint they never change... good luck to this agency..
It was a bad experience working in this company., I worked with the client just for reliever , I filled up all the paperwork’s and everything’s fine .,they gave me the payroll date which is of course caregivers need to know when is the payday. I took seriously of what I do , I worked with passion taking care of my patients and I expect that the company/ agency I worked for will also be taking care of their caregivers ., I’m so disappointed with them ., they pay the caregivers very late and not following the date payroll.. Jolly angel home care… they are not good for paying salary for caregiver they are always delay for than a month…
The entire team was incredibly compassionate and attentive in caring for my family member. I would recommend them to anyone needing help in caring for a loved one.
My aunt has had a very positive experience with jolly angels. She has had the same caregiver for almost 2 years now, and really really loves her. The caregiver is very respectful, polite, and makes very nice meals, cleans well and is very grateful at the end of the day for her job. Her caregiver has been extremely reliable and we are very happy with the service!
