Nobody ever answers the phone. I was on my way and was calling to let them know I would be a few minutes late. If my appointment was at 1:15 n I was calling at 12:50, n got no answer. I get there and they are not busy at reception, hanging out giggling she goes to the back and comes out with a reschedule. No im sorry, just excuses. I dnt need a doctor who overbooks and is “always busy”!! I need a doctor with a reliable staff to communicate😒
A esxelent doctor she talk to me I understand that she care about my health she explains everything very carefully and truly honest . Her and all the stuff started from the secretary to the cna very friendly God bless you all Lucia.
