Avoid going during rush hours. My standard order took 40 minutes. The staff are clearly overworked, and management doesn’t seem to notice. I honestly feel sorry for the team.
I was really looking forward to this place. My wife and I have been wanting to go to one in the states for over 20 years. We stopped at this one coming back from Wisconsin. We could not have been more disappointed...for a filipino restaurant there is little actually filipino about the menu. The chicken Joy was bland, the aloha chicken was meh, and the ube fruit pie, tastes nothing like Ube. We order our food at 530pm. ETA 6pm, long but we decided to wait. 615pm we asked how much longer, they said it would be 1 more hour. 2 hours to cook 6pc chicken and spaghetti? We could drive to Skokie location, order the food, drive back and eat in this restaurant before our food would come out. We canceled our order and disputed the charge with our credit card company. Avoid this location at all costs
The wife and son love this chain. Clean, friendly, efficient, and a good taste
The food here is always delicious and comforting, especially the fried chicken which is crispy and juicy every time. I also enjoy the spaghetti and burgers because they have a unique flavor you don’t usually find elsewhere. The service is quick and friendly, and the place has a welcoming atmosphere. It’s a great spot for both quick meals and family gatherings
