Really poor experience. Annahh’s attitude towards customers was disrespectful and unwelcoming. Customer service like this gives the place a bad image.
Very disappointed with the customer service at Jollibee because of ANNAH’s attitude. She was rude, dismissive, and seemed annoyed whenever customers asked anything. If you don’t like working there, it’s better to find something else instead of taking it out on customers. Staff seriously need retraining on professionalism and how to treat people with basic respect. Definitely not a pleasant experience.
DON'T USE THE WEBSITE TO ORDER! THE WEBSITE IS NOT SECURE! I tried ordering on the website for pickup, after multiple attempts and checking 3x my card info was denied for wrong input. Huge red flag! All the attempts were correct and a few minutes later I got an email for a code verification. Someone was trying to login my email. I dont trust the app to be safe either at this point. Safest method to order is in-person.
