Confusing drive through-mixes up with In&Out
Everything was good. Food came fast.
The service here is bad. The lady at the drive thru was rude and cold and was on her phone at the window instead of helping us. I called and asked to speak to the manager to get her name since the receipt had a males name and the manager refused to give me her name. I told him if he did that, I would have to give a bad review to the wrong person and he didn’t care. They need to train their employees more. They also need to make sure the food was warm. Had a cold sandwich. The restaurant was nice though.
