I used to enjoy this fast food restaurant for its quick and friendly service, and I would often order the chicken with rice. However, my recent experience was disappointing. The chicken was undercooked, and unlike before, gravy is no longer included—you have to pay extra for it now. On top of that, the food has become expensive. Overall, the quality and value have declined.
