0 Star : My Experience The car hood is not aligned correctly and dose not Close properly. I am asked to bring car back next week so they can attend to it again.
5 Star : My Experience Brought my vehicle to Jollys for what I thought was a simple $100 job as I was orginally told that ended up being a $1500 job that took almost 2wks to repair. I could have had a complete car put together in less time. The only contact I received in that time was 2 ph calls to let me know it would cost more to repair.i called to inquire why it was taking so long then and only then I was informed they had to reorder parts because they received the wrong ones. Why not call me and update me

5 Star : Likely to Recommend Although I had the issue with completion dates I am very satisfied with the work performed 5 Star : Repair Quality My vehicle had a lot of damage to be repaired. Jolley’s did a outstanding job repairing the vehicle. Looks and rides great! 4.5 Star : Customer Service Only issues I have is the text updates for completing were not correct on 2 occasions. But when I called they were always really helpful.
