I needed my carpets cleaned and was glad to find out Jolla Steam Rug & Upholstery could also handle my air ducts and dryer vent during the same appointment. Jaime and the team were really friendly and professional, always explaining what they were doing as they worked. We first had Jolla Steam Rug & Upholstery help clean a couch and chair at my father's home. Both pieces were pretty dirty, but Justin did an amazing job making them look like new again. He took his time and was very careful to make sure everything was cleaned properly. Because we were so impressed, we asked for help again to clean all the carpets in the house as we were getting it ready to sell. Amazing carpet cleaning service! Our carpets are pretty old, but Wyatt was able to bring them back to life and make them look fresh and clean. He worked quickly, was easy to talk to, and provided great customer service. Wyatt really knows his stuff when it comes to cleaning carpets and tile. I have a beautiful but older oriental rug that needed some serious cleaning after my elderly dog had several accidents on it. When I reached out for help, Ashton came over and carefully moved all the furniture off the rug, rolled it up, and took it away for a thorough cleaning. Do not use this company. It is a scam. The address is not a real address as there is no one there. I was quoted an amount and the tech arrived and then told me that the price was double. I negotiated a lesser amount for cash. The cleaner made a stain. When I called the company to report this, the manager never called back. A criminal enterprise.
