Amazing carpet cleaning service! Our carpets are pretty old, but Wyatt was able to bring them back to life and make them look fresh and clean. He worked quickly, was easy to talk to, and provided great customer service. Wyatt really knows his stuff when it comes to cleaning carpets and tile. I have a beautiful but older oriental rug that needed some serious cleaning after my elderly dog had several accidents on it. When I reached out for help, Ashton came over and carefully moved all the furniture off the rug, rolled it up, and took it away for a thorough cleaning. Do not use this company. It is a scam. The address is not a real address as there is no one there. I was quoted an amount and the tech arrived and then told me that the price was double. I negotiated a lesser amount for cash. The cleaner made a stain. When I called the company to report this, the manager never called back. A criminal enterprise.
After another carpet cleaning company didn’t show up for our scheduled appointment, we had already moved all our furniture out and really needed someone to help us out the same day. I called Jolla Steam Rug & Upholstery, and Ashton answered right away. He was very polite, understood the urgency, and managed to fit us in on short notice, even though he had a busy day. Jaime arrived right on time for our carpet cleaning in La Jolla. He took the time to walk us through the house and carefully explained how applying sanitizer and stain protection could help keep our carpets fresh and clean for longer.
