They first removed the water from my daughter-in-law's home and dried everything out, even changing the padding to save her carpet. Just recently, we had a dishwasher overflow all over our kitchen wood floors. The team came out and helped me save a lot of money compared to other places I contacted. We have been using Jolla Steam Rug & Upholstery for a while now. Recently, Micah came to take care of our carpet cleaning. We were thrilled with how great it turned out! We had covered part of the carpet with a builder's protection film, which left a sticky residue that made the area look dirty. Before starting the job, Micah mentioned that some dark spots might remain, but he did such an amazing job that our entire carpet looks brand new. We will definitely keep using their services in the future!
We hired Jolla Steam Rug & Upholstery to clean our light green sofa, and it now looks almost brand new! They did an excellent job removing dirt and stains that had built up over the last five years. The sofa was dry enough to sit on after just 6 hours, and completely dry within 24 hours.
