Jaime and Micah were excellent. They clearly explained what to expect from the upholstery and carpet cleaning service, answered my questions, and never made me feel rushed while we talked about the couch, area rugs, and the three living room chairs they cleaned. They were careful in my home, cleaned up after the job, and arrived right on time. They also shared a few helpful ideas for future steam cleaning and fabric care. absolutely impressed by the service and professionalism from jolla steam rug & upholstery. we had the team come out for carpet cleaning on the main floors and stairs, and they also cleaned the tile throughout the home. everything looked refreshed and much brighter when they finished. the carpets came out looking close to new again, with spots and traffic areas noticeably improved. i have always had a great experience, and the whole process was smooth from scheduling to the final walk-through. wyatt and micah were polite, har... read more

We recently tried this carpet cleaning service for the first time, and the whole experience was excellent. They deep cleaned our carpets and an area rug that had started to look dull and worn from everyday use. With 2 dogs, including a puppy, and a cat in the house, we had several pet stains and odor spots that needed real attention. They did an excellent job with the rug cleaning and repair work on my antique Sarouk rug in La Jolla. It really needed careful professional carpet and rug care, and the results were outstanding. The restoration was handled with great skill, and the repairs blend in so naturally that you cannot even tell where the work was done.
