I informed this dealer about a tear in the leather on the side of the seat, they refuse to take action since Nissan Canada refuse to repair. They referred me to Nissan Canada, who barely took my complaint and indicated they would not contact me since it’s over 12 months (my car was 24 months when I first reported the incident). I told them it’s not normal that I paid more for a brand new 2024 Platinum Pathfinder, better seat material, and it’s the first thing to fail.
