Well. I've lived here 4 years. And it's had its share of problems. But now the property value is skyrocketing because of our location. So the owners are putting a fortune into getting this place up to speed. It's had revolving management over the last 4 years. But as a resident for 4 years, I'm not going anywhere! I work 24/7, and am only focused on making this property better. It's my heart. I live here. So expect things to get massively more amazing. And fast. I guarantee it �

I love it here! I've been here almost two years and wouldn't want to live anywhere else! It's affordable with most utilities paid for, even internet (so so internet, but it's free! ), a laundry room, off street parking and a pool and hot tub! The manager Jodi is awesome and always on top of repairs or anything else. My apartment is beautiful! And pretty big compared to everything else I've seen around. The grounds are gorgeous! This place is a scam. Jodie signed me onto a month to month lease, and then somehow changed it to a 6 month lease without telling me. When I left, she got a collection agency to try and make me pay for 2 months of rent when I wasn't living there. SCAM
