The Male receptionist who answers to schedule appointments is completely unprofessional , I had an appointment scheduled for me and my daughter and I called two days prior to check her insurance and he never called me back to make sure it’s valid and then wanted to charge me a cancellation fee when I wasn’t going to drive 30 mins to pay out pocket when I wasn’t waiting for his call In the first place.
