Joliena is a true professional. She knows what she is doing and she has a good sense of style. Excellent experience, high satisfaction.
Nice place highly recommended
If you are looking for clean fades or a professional cut, you will not find a better barber than Joliena in the Bethesda area (I have looked and tried). Especially for the prices she charges. And she won’t take 40 minutes+ either.
