Horrible nail day here! Jolie do not Know how to do long nails , shape or follow directions . I told her I want acrylic and she talked me into dip nails so she dont have to Smell the acrylic or do the work , She give you one Price at the beginning and when she feels over worked she charges more, I’ll never go back here for any service!’ I left mad and hating my nails she had the nerve to ask if I’m ok I should of smacked her

I have been going here for a lifetime lol it feels but for over ~20 years I think. I live far but still come here for my routine maintenance pedicure and nail fills. Love you guys (especially Tina) thank you for always taking care of me and making my nails look pretty when I may not feel it at times 🥹

The nails I got done at this salon chipped within just six days, so I went back to have them fixed. Julie, who works there, was extremely rude and unprofessional—she immediately started yelling at me, insisting that my visit was “a long time ago.” When I showed her the transaction proving it was recent, she dismissively said, “I have no time.” The entire salon is unprofessional, constantly speaking in Chinese instead of addressing customers properly, and their customer service is absolutely disgraceful.
