I was in Memphis for my step daughter's Wedding on May 28, 2022 from Arizona. I made an appointment online for May 28, 2022 for 11am 3 weeks ahead of time for an up-do style. I received an email notification that appointment was confirmed and even received a reminder email message about my appointment on May 27, 2022. I had a good experience.
Attempted to call to see if I could get an appointment to get my daughter’s hair colored. Woman rudely just answered “hello,” and when I asked if it was the hair salon (given the unprofessional answer when picking up the phone), I got a short, rude “I’m not taking anyone today.” Lost my business forever.
