I rarely leave negative reviews, but after three visits, I feel it's important to share my experience. On my first visit (16 June, around 5:00 pm), I politely asked a sales assistant if a pair of socks were winter socks. Her response was, "Do you think you can wear that in summertime?" I found this sarcastic and unnecessary. I experienced a significant reaction and infection after wearing the earrings. I regularly wear earrings from other brands without any issues, which leads me to believe this reaction may have been related to the product. I was also disappointed with the customer service experience. I felt that my concerns were dismissed, with the reaction being attributed solely to sensitive ears.

Always over the moon with the pieces at J&D. I made an error in my most recent purchase and the team were incredible supportive and helped me in getting the earrings I intended of buying. Favourite place to get gifts and my own jewellery

Every time I walk in here I have to stop myself from overspending. The most beautiful jewellery store, every piece they stock is quality, never ever erodes or tarnishes. Such a large selection, absolute best range of dainty necklaces. The girls there are always so lovely too, first choice for gifts as well 😊
