use jolicoeur twice for my garage door. they are super helpful and fast. if you ever need it done right away. these are the guys to call. 100% would recommend to anyone
We called late Fri, got a message they would be here Monday between 1:00 and 4:00. True to their word, here @ 1:00, fixed by 2:00! Five Star service for sure! We were so impressed I wrote and mailed them a note that Monday (I think), promptly, in any case. A few days later Jack (IIRC) who must have had a very bad day, called because I had not included payment with the note. Hard to make a payment when one hasn't yet received the invoice.
Came today to fix my garage door. From the phone call to schedule the appointment to the end, nothing but top notch courtesy and professionalism, something that these days you see less and less. Will definitely use them again. Local company that gets the job done and done well. Thank you.
Jolicoeur recently replaced my garage door openers. They were fully transparent in their quoting, very responsive, and friendly/easy to work with. Everyone that I engaged with (via email, over the phone, and in-person) provided top level customer service and support. I would absolutely recommend this team and use them again in the future.
Recently had a cable snap on my garage door. I called, immediately spoke with someone and the next day had it fixed. Thw whole process was smooth, professional, and fast! I would highly recommend.
