I have dealt with gerd for 25+ yrs and Dr. Kathawa performed an EGD on me. I found him to be incredibly thorough and professional. He called me twice after the procedure to ensure I completely understood all of the results. I highly recommend Dr. Kathawa and his office staff.
Terrible experience. Avoid this office. I scheduled ma colonoscopy way in advance. But they will not tell the time of your procedure until the day of. The day of the procedure came but no one called me. Even though I reached out twice to Nicole the scheduler. She assured me that someone would call. I spoke with her the day of and she told me that they called three times and left messages. I did receive any calls. After years of suffering with a chronic cough, Dr. Kathawa’s treatment plan was spot on. I truly appreciate the care he is providing me.
Not professional! I was told it would take up to 14 days for my results on my discharge instructions and the office snapped at me and told me it would take 3 weeks. It never takes 3 weeks for lab results. They told me they would call me to make another appointment and never called.
Doctor and his staff are amazing!
