bad haircut – I just had my hair done on Saturday. Was looking for a new person since my recent move to the area. All I can say was I had to leave quick because I thought I was going to break down in tears. My hair was cut way too short and I absolutely hate it. I already had the length I wanted, just needed a perm for texture and to get the dead ends off. Now I have curly hair and not enough to style the way I like to when I do. Aug.26,2010 – My experience at Joli was exceptional! The Make My Day special was just that thanks to all the wonder staff at Joli, you did just that. From the time I enter the beautiful Salon until I left my experience with Joli was Great! I will be back!

the party room for your private party is also the hallway to the managers office, bathroon, and 2 massage rooms. So all delivery men walk thru your "private room" as well as all people who need to see the manager or anyone getting a massage. Not very private and we felt like we were in the way all day.ALso they do things to your hair during a cut and charge you for them all at the end, but never tell you this before or while they are doing it to your hair.Will not go back. EXCEEDS ALL EXPECTATIONS!!! I have travelled all over the world and been a guest at top rated spas, both day and resort, and Joli Salon & Day Spa in Lexington, KY TOPS all of them!!! The staff is wonderful in every way and this is the most intimate, comfortable and cozy ambience that I have ever experienced. They are also l00% green with AVEDA and SPA RITUALS products, which are just wonderful!!!

this salon is overrated (as are most in lex). too pricey. my pedi lasted 25 minutes - - $50!!! and i was the only client in the salon, so whats the hurry?! the place was crammed with everything, couldnt relax. felt claustrophobic.
