I went in there last Thursday to do my nails. Needed fake nails with red gel. They made my nails supper wide, looked like shovels, when looking at them from the side they had HUGE waves! So today I came back to do an ombre white and pink... the pink she did one coat witch was see through and spotty and the white ombre was horrible! Tried changing my shape to oval for it to look thinner Orland more natural look, the oval looked more round. I am going back for them to fix them. Been going here for gel manicures for many years. They do a great manicure. Only downside is trying to find parking
Dirty and disgusting. Staff is rude. As I got my pedicure I heard nothing but complaints from other customers who were there to have "repair" jobs on their fingernails. The woman who gave me my pedi made me feel extremely uncomfortable.
The girls at Joli always do a great job and I LOVE the gel pedicures! It lasts much longer than regular polish.
Convenient price when shopping. Pricey but the techs for the most part do a good job. Lots of chairs to accommodate groups etc.
The location is great but the service we received at Joli was disappointing. They were very rude to my 5 year old getting a special pedicure and overpriced for the service they provided.
The location is prime, beautiful the place is too small and not very well ventilated. In fact its the least ventilated of the 5 salons I tend to frequent. Its a shame because its such a wonderful location .
This is a great place for a gel manicure that lasts! Helen does an amazing job and always has a good recommendation for a new color.
Had my daughter's last birthday party there. The staff was friendly and made the girls feel so special! Even though they are in the fountains, they were very affordable compared to other salons. High end atmosphere and experience at a great price! Highly recommend.
