I called the store to make an appointment but they did not even write my name. When I got there, they said you don’t have any appointment and you have to wait. One lady was very rude and aggressive. Not happy at all.

Unfortunately, I never even got the chance to get my hair done here because of how I was treated. I walked in excited and simply asked if it was possible to get my hair done there. Instead of answering my questions, the woman I think her name is Courtney, immediately gave me attitude and started throwing prices at me. First, she told me it would cost $200, and later changed it to a starting price of $195. The price was never the issue, I had no problem paying for the service. Was a walk-in, unplanned trim. Woman assumed I wanted the $13 cut (I didn't). Horrible service, rush job. Clueless as to brushing curley hair, painfully ripped half mine out. Worst "salon treatment" & worst hair cut EVER in my 65+ years.

I absolutely love this place! I get my haircut every couple weeks by Terry and wouldn't go anywhere else! She is amazing!!

This was my first time going to Joli. I went in to get a quick haircut. There was no wait. Charlene cut my hair and did my eyebrows. She was very professional and very friendly. I was very satisfied and would recommend this place. Will definitely be coming back.
