I was really disappointed with my experience today. There were only two people working, and while the stylist who did my hair was very nice, the quality of the service was extremely poor. After they pushed my appointment back 30 minutes again, the blowout was one of the worst I’ve had done — my hair was left frizzy and uneven, as if it wasn’t blown out at all. The manager is so nice and knows her stuff and Charlene is amazing. I've been going there for years for my hair and eyebrows. Absolutely love them

My husband went here this morning for a simple skin fade and specifically asked to keep the top. She acted like she understood and just buzzed his entire head to the skin. So now he’s completely bald for his graduation. We figured we could go to this place because it was probably the simplest men’s cut, but clearly we were wrong.

I was in yesterday for the $11 special. While I was sitting and waiting I noticed the older lady with short white hair was really rude to clients, rude over the phone to someone, and was even talking negatively about one of her coworkers to her client.The atmosphere wasn’t pleasant to be in. Thankfully my stylist was very friendly and nice and did a great job on my haircut.
