I’ve been under Jolene’s care since the beginning of 2025, and I can confidently say that working with her has been life-changing. Some advice given wasn't helpful, but I felt harmful.
I have struggled with depression, anxiety and ptsd for as long as I can remember, and have been to many psychologists, but I never got the help I needed until I came to Jolene. She has helped me transform my existence into a life! I can’t say enough about her ability to be so kind and compassionate, yet professional as well! She is very warm and comforting, but I was upset at the patient care. my appointment was taken away although I have shown up to all my appointments due to " lack of communication." I did not get a warning what so ever on this as a new patient. The lack of communication was from not taking appointments that were not mine, yet open. I do not think this is fair, but just giving in my feedback from my experience.- Crystal
