Working with Jolene allows for more ease to my days and find myself increasingly grounded in my body and my mind as a result of Jolene's informed and very tender guidance towards alignment and internal peace. Jolene meets you where you are in attuned and human way without losing a beat. In addition to her transformative somatic work Jolene has a way with words that can become a new frame for dealing with internal or external pressures. I cannot recommend her enough.
Jolene is an incredible craniosacral therapist. I see her when I feel out of alignment and leave feeling clear and grounded. It is hard to even describe what she does! She’s an amazing healer who is able to help your body find its alignment. She is incredible. Highly recommend.
I have Fibromyalgia and sometimes get acute, intense pains. My fascia and muscles are tight and stiff, making it easy to get injuries or my body just gets out of whack. She radiates compassion and love. I've seen her several times now and don't really know what she does or how she does it (especially because the movements are so gentle) but all I know is yesterday I could feel my feet pressed on the ground and felt grounded and present in my body (and with no fear) for the first time in forever, which is actually one of the most beautiful gifts I've ever received and what I've been wanting for years and all the talk therapy hasn't helped me arrive at.
