I am 76, 9 days post knee replacement and have just completed my home Physical Therapy. DAWN with JOL is amazing. Friendly, professional, and simply one of the best physical therapists I have worked with. After taking vitals, she had me up and moving through a wide range of exercises and movement designed to push me just a little more each time she visited. I am only giving one star because Google won't let me give zero. My dad was placed on hospice and the hospital referred us to JOL. The intake nurse, Victor, was amazing and the only positive in regard to JOL. After 9 days, I had to call JOL to ask when I would receive updates from a nurse regarding my dad. I did get a few updates after that. Our assigned hospice CNA was supposed to visit my dad three days a week. I recently resigned from JOL Healthcare after experiencing significant issues with training and communication. When I was hired, I was promised thorough training before working independently. Unfortunately, that never happened. Due to staff shortages and a high patient load, I was placed in the field prematurely — without the proper orientation or understanding of company documentation procedures.
