You can't beat the customer service and feeling at home. John, Austin and Stephanie helped us with our new purchase and silk smooth would still be rough compared to how easy they are to deal with. Not only did we get another nice bike, I think we made some good friends as well. Not many places do you feel like when you walk through the door again they'll actually remember who you are. want to say that these guys are good people. i bought a bike from them and had some issues with it and john came all the way from blacksburg sc to get the bike a few miles east of statesville nc and get it fixed. that is amazing customer service. i will be buying my next bike from them.
