The young lady that took my order was very nice & professional, but the oriental guy that delivered me & my family our food was very rude & extremely disrespectful. If I wasn't visiting this city, I would've dragged his butt for his remark he made. He best be glad my husband was in the restroom & didn't hear him. We will know the next time. NEVER EVER WILL I ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!!! All in all the food was ok but I just don't do being disrespected.
Delivery was estimated at 60 minute max. It was 72 minutes before I got my food . Delivery guy had the nerve to curse me out because he felt he deserved a tip at that rate and 2.9 miles down the road. Horrible customer skills, bad delivery time . Food was barely warm pita bread was like a brick . Word of advice if you find their flier advertising under your door at the Holiday Inn when visiting Roswell,Ga . THROW IT IN THE NEAREST TRASH RECEPTACLE.
NOT KIDDING, WORST SERVICE EVER: We have been here a few times and the food was good.. ok. We ordered delivery and the WHOLE ORDER was cold and the wings were taint. We called in to complain and the female manager we spoke with said "yeah, we just buy honey mustard and pour it on top of the wings." Tasted like Dollar store brand. She would not compensate us for the problem. Just told us to come up there to replace the wings.. that's it.. none of my cold fries or anything. We ordered wings with two different sauces to be delivered to our home. Food arrived a few minutes before the estimated delivery time �. The wings were crispy and still warm. We liked the sauces (hot buffalo and honey garlic pepper). We are definitely Ordering from here again!
It's just average its Def not worth the money u pay.... They overseason the chicken and this is coming from someone with a heavy seasoning hand.... Everything else is underseasoned. Mediocre at best... The wait times be mad crazy... It wasn't awful but I won't be returning
I love the place the food is very good and prepared at your order. Everyone is so nice. And most of all it is very clean and thats means alot to my husband and i. We will be going back again and again and again!!
This was my first and last time!! It is not my job to remind you to wipe off the tables. The food was just okay and the prices are not worth it.
