We travel to Fredrick every few weeks. The food is amazing. The warm goat cheese salad is the best salad I have ever had. The beer and drink selection is over the top wonderful. If I could give it 10 stars I would. Bartender Peter is the best. His drinks are mixology perfect. He’s so personable and goes above and beyond to know his customers .
Lack of customer care. Ordered a spicy margarita at Jojo's - completely undrinkable and actually painful. I know the difference between spicy and something that just should have not been served. Told a staff member, he said he'd tell the bartender, but no one followed up. When we brought it up while paying, two bartenders (a short blonde woman and a tall long haired guy) jumped in and told us that it says "spicy" on the menu and that we should have known the colleague we made the complaint to was "just a busboy". My boyfriend and I went to Jojo’s last Saturday night for dinner. Now, full disclosure, we did get there at 9pm. Online it said the restaurant would close at 10pm and the last reservation available was for 9pm, so we made it and headed there. Once we arrived, we were headed to theis cute little table right next to the window. It was raining, and the vibe was romantic.
