I've been there several times, and don't know why there are so many complaints. The place is clean and staff is friendly and I have always gotten a great massage , Love JoJo's Asian Massage !
back is aching now felt fine upon arrival straight out ask 4 tip 4 times
Walked in and girl came out to greet me and said. We too busy come back later without even knowing why I was there for. I ask how long to wait? 20 minutes. I ask if i could charge my phone while I waited? She said you don't have a charger? I said if I did I would not be asking and left.
My new best friend! Just had my second massage. Highly recommend. Have had so much stiffness in my neck, along with back soreness and what a difference already. Very professional, yet friendly! Definitely going back!
Awful! Girl left the room 3x, had a conversation with a coworker at the door with the door open while I'm lying there. Paid for an hour, didn't get an hour, anteriorly skin was never touched (massage thru a towel). Owner literally questioned where the tip was when I paid. Awful and confusing experience.
