Joja nails is my FAVORITE NAIL SALON! I started going here for the first time for my high school events and never stopped since (graduated!). The staff is so welcoming and accommodating. You’re offered a beverage option immediately at the start of your appointment and treated with such care and support with your nail needs. I always leave happy with my new sets. I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my experience at this nail salon. Unfortunately, the gel nail polish has been constantly chipping and even coming completely off my nails shortly after my appointments. When I returned to have the issue corrected, I was treated very poorly. Instead of addressing my concerns, I was told I could not be serviced because it was assumed I was simply trying to receive a free service. It was my first time & all of the ladies there were so sweet! Ali did an incredible job on my nails! Love the color & shape!
11/10 nail salon! The staff is so friendly and talented, and they always do an amazing job with my nails. The atmosphere is relaxing, and I always leave feeling pampered and refreshed. Very affordable & always satisfied!
