I’ve come here several times for my manicures and I absolutely adore this salon. The staff is very kind and skilled. Jackie does the best French tips and Killian does the best nail art. I will definitely come back. Wonderful services and reasonable prices. Clean and cutely decorated place.

If you’re a person of color, you’re not likely get the same level of customer as Caucasian customers. Full stop. This was not a one-off instance. It’s happened twice to me before. It’s surprising that they don’t notice the difference in their behaviors between Caucasian and black customers because it’s VERY obvious.
I went for a walk in pedicure. They were able to fit me in right away. I sat in the chair and picked the “Treat Yourself” pedicure, wanting to do a little extra for my birthday. She began right away, I had to ask for a beverage and she seemed completely inconvenienced by the request. The massage maybe lasted 4 minutes, and the hot stone (stones were hardly warm) massage maybe 5 minutes. The tech seemed completely uninterested in providing me the service I was paying for.
