Every time I leave this office, I'm sore, I hurt, and I just want ice and rest. That is EXACTLY the way I want to feel leaving PT. 100%! If they're gentle with you, you aren't getting the benefit you need. Each time the soreness ends, I feel a HUGE improvement in motion and function. Joints in Motion is fantastic.

After having a second knee replacement and several weeks of "in house" therapy before coming home, my surgeon recommended Joints In Motion for continued care. The gang there is great!!!! Kyla and Adam are fabulous. Love the music they play too while they are working on my shoulder.
The therapists are all amazing. I highly recommend them. It is very enjoyable place to go. They work you hard but if you need a lighter workout they will take that in consideration. They are awesome.
My husband (Rick) has a progressive neuromuscular disease and was referred to Adam because of a pinched nerve in his neck. While most PT's are very good at their job, Adam did something very few doctors do. He explored Rick's disease process and how it affects his body. He listened and then took him at his word that he wasn't exaggerating. If an exercise was too hard, Adam modified it. Rick is doing well with 5 weeks of PT and has been discharged. We are impressed with everything they accomplished together.
The staff and therapists at Joints in Motion have helped me with two separate injuries. They are knowledgeable, up to date with the latest techniques, professional and truly care about your recovery and health. I'd highly recommend.
