I moved to Australia 6 months after an ACL-revision with lateral tenedesis operation and came to Jointli to continue my rehabilitation. It has been a long-road to recovery, but the consistent high-quality of physiotherapy is why I am able to now participate confidently in sporting activities again. The programs are tailored and detailed, taking you to the studio, to the gym, and back to the field. Seeing how the enterprise works, I don’t doubt that you’d get an excellent level of care from any trainer.
I spent some 6/7 months with almost weekly Physio to prepare for and subsequent rehab after knee replacement. Jointli were knowledgeable, experienced and helpful in this process.
After 12 weeks of treatment and classes, I've had a marked reduction in pain and discomfort related to my left knee osteoarthritis. Geoff and the other staff at Jointli have been consistently caring and professional.
I had a complete ACL tear and meniscus damage, and Christian convinced me that my knee was stable and did not need surgery. I went ahead with surgery, with the advice of my surgeon and during the operation it was very obvious that my knee was very unstable and would have benefited greatly from surgery. I would just be vary that Christian has a bias against surgical intervention.
