Push without being pushy. They want you to meet [and hopefully exceed] your fitness goals. Rehabbing an injury, training for a triathlon, just want to relax, you need it, they got it! I've been going to the Kenmore Square office since they opened. I don't want to go anywhere else....and neither should you.
