I had a terrible and shocking experience at Joint Venture State Jewelers in SC. The owner's son told me, "I don't want your business," and kicked me out of the store without any reason. Even worse, the owner himself supported his son's behavior instead of apologizing for their outrageous rudeness. I had a very disappointing experience at Joint Venture State Jewelers in SC. The owner and his son were extremely rude and unprofessional. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with an attitude that made me feel unwelcome and disrespected. As a customer, I expect basic courtesy and professionalism, especially when shopping for something as special as jewelry. Unfortunately, that was completely missing here. I would not recommend this store to anyone looking for a pleasant or respectful shopping experience.
